MLPE (Module-Level Power Electronics) is a device attached to each solar panel for real-time monitoring, power optimization, and emergency shutdown (RSD). Conalog is Korea's #1 MLPE manufacturer.

RSD cuts each panel's voltage to 0V within 30 seconds during emergencies. Mandatory in the US (NEC2023) and planned for Korea. Conalog's MLPE includes built-in RSD with zero fire incidents.

Results vary by plant conditions, but on average 8%+ generation improvement after MLPE deployment. In heavy-shading environments, up to 15% improvement is achievable. AI-based repowering (cable replacement, rewiring, module repositioning, etc.) can further recover lost generation.

Yes. MLPE can be retrofitted to existing plants without replacing inverters, adding monitoring, RSD, and generation improvement capabilities.

Solarlog combines plant diagnostics with the subscription-based Solarlog O&M. Solarlog O&M is a single plan that starts from the Basic tier and freely extends with Improvement (yield boost), Management (light maintenance), and Guarantee (yield guarantee) options. Plant diagnostics comes as a diagnosis rider on the Basic tier, pinpointing generation-loss causes at the panel level.

A solar power optimizer performs panel-level maximum power point tracking (MPPT) to minimize generation losses caused by shading, contamination, and aging. Results vary by plant conditions, but on average 8%+ generation improvement has been achieved, with up to 15% in heavy-shading environments.

Traditionally it is hard to even tell which component has failed, which drags operating rates down. Because Solarlog sees the plant at the module (panel) level, it pinpoints exactly where the fault is and dramatically raises the operating rate — in an overseas PoC, local staff even located and fixed issues on their own without any guidance. Maintenance time consists of three stages — detecting the event, planning the response, and carrying out the fix — and without underlying data, each stage takes considerable time. Analysis built on panel-level data shortens the whole process, and AI is applied across every step, from detection to action.
